Dio Santo Espetaria E Pizzaria - Coxim

We have never had any problems with the pizzeria, in fact we have ordered many times, mostly from the establishment, but I must say that the service is appalling. The time established by the establishment is 40 to 60 minutes, and no, it is not standard for delivery apps (as other restaurants make it clear that it can take up to 90 minutes), after this time I called the pizzeria to inform me of the status of the order. I ordered and was told that the pizza was ready, that they were just waiting for the delivery man to arrive, the pizzeria was full and if we could wait another 40 minutes, of course we could, it is a situation beyond the establishment's control. What was my surprise when 1 hour had passed and nothing? I called again and we were answered by a woman this time, who told us that the pizza hadn't even been made yet, the call was much calmer than when I called the first time. Now understand, even though these situations are beyond the establishment's control, the restaurant *does not* own my time. If we had been informed that it had not been made the first time, we would have canceled the order and put the children to bed who, by the previously established time, were awake and out of their routine so as not to go to bed hungry. My brother is autistic and needs a restricted routine. Don't act like you can control the time and be honest with your clients, because this lack of honesty caused you to lose the client and I can tell you, for every classroom I teach I will make a point of warning them about this.
