Mystic Grill - Covington

Went there obviously bc of vampire diaries, it’s not the exact same format/layout of the grill in the show since they used a different building, but they tried their best to replicate it in a smaller space. Love the vibe, love the food, love the drinks, our waitress was so nice. Telling us if we kept our receipt we could use it to get a discount in the gift shop below. But of course I lost in on the way from the table to the gift shop, even tho it’s about 30 steps away lol. Would recommend going tho!!!!

I had read about the sweet tea honey fried chicken. It sounded great, this would be the under statement of the year. This was the most tender, greatest chicken I've ever had in my life! The mashed potatoes and green beans were perfectly cooked and as yummy as can be. Considering I had two drinks an appitser and two entrees it was only about $60. So for a restaurant that is prominently featured in a television series to be this reasonably priced was outstanding! We had the best server I've had in a long time. I'll definitely dine here again before I leave town.

If you’re a vampire diaries fan then this is a must see. If you’re not a fan, well, the food is actually pretty good. I expected that the food wouldn’t be very good but actually I was really impressed. The only thing is the inside of mystic grille does not look like the inside as shown in vampire diaries. Seems like they did the mystic grille scenes somewhere else.

Was there for my birthday in March. Big vampire diaries fan, so I had to watch the grill! Food and drinks are so good. The staff is great. And eat there, get money from shopping in the alley shop below! Must stop for all fans of vampire diaries world

Mystic Grill lived until his hype! Excellent food. my daughter is a huge vampire diaries fan, she was not disappointed by everything they have to offer. All in all a great experience.
