Close to hour wait for food in the lobby. Cashier couldn't take my food order. She told me that they were too backed up and he needed to clear some of the screen before she could even attempt to take my order.25 minutes went by before she took my food order!

By far the worst managed and staffed fast food restaurant on the entire northshore. Never once have ever gotten my order correct here. Its inevitable that they screw something up or forget whole items. They go through workers like napkins and yet they can't find even a single one that can do the job correctly. Don't waste your time coming here I won't anymore.

Only get food if J J is working there it will be hot and fresh and not taste like old horse meat!!

Dining room locked at 8pm. Sign on door says 10pm is closing time for dining room. Didn't want to hold food in our car so we went else where. There was plenty of staff just sitting around.
