I have waited 2 hours for my food and it got delivered cold. I couldn’t contact the restaurant after calling them over 70 times my children are now tried and hungry. Our food finally arrived and let me tell u something that white stuff on the kebab isn’t cheese... it’s Mayo

I ordered 7piece grills chicken, food was disgusting chicken was soggy not even crisp brown you could see flour, never ate such disgusting like that food my entire life. No spice at all even salt. I tried to put in the oven it tasted like nothing Not mentioning fries they used baby potato so disgusting l put everything in the bin not happy at all. It was my first time and it’s my last time.. DISGUSTED!

Food came an hour and a half late after calling 40 mins after placing my order to be told ‘the driver is on the way back and he will bring yours to you’ so still waiting another 50 mins my food finally came but was cold, chips were soggy and some stale absolutely freezing!, the coleslaw well I thought was a dip for my starter

Staff were so rude and disrespectful, gave wrong delivery times and the food was inedible and disgusting
