The lunch was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff were very polite and our waitress was outstanding. We will definitely be returning.

We were excited to return to this restaurant after a great previous visit. We went in the early evening on February 7th to celebrate a birthday, which I had mentioned when making the online reservation. Initially, we were seated very close to the other diners and had to request to be moved, which was done promptly. However, our server, Erin, did not explain the menu, which was fine for us as returning customers but may have been confusing for first-time visitors. Our Wedge salad was served quickly, but our main dishes and sides came out at different times. I ordered a medium-rare rump steak as suggested on the menu, but it was bland and disappointing. My partner ordered the 20oz T-Bone, which was undercooked and tough. When we brought this up to Erin, she offered to replace my partner's steak and sides, which was appreciated but meant that I had finished my meal before his replacement arrived. There was no acknowledgment of the birthday celebration, and we felt rushed to order, eat, and leave. Overall, it was a mediocre experience compared to our previous visits.

We have been to this Miller and Carter restaurant so many times before and while the service has always been average we love their food so we keep going back. But tonight we had the pleasure of being served by Emma! Emma was great, attentive, took her time to have a conversation and just an all round great server. My partner even said that we had received the best service we've ever received tonight out of all the many times we've been prior! The food was delicious as always but the amazing service provided by Emma just topped our evening off. So, thank you Emma!

Terrible! Over priced reheated nonsense. Wings and Ribs were disgusting but in true British spirit one is inclined to complain later. Lesson learned i.e. go to a proper established family owned pub/restaurant. I find the big chains always get it wrong in the end.

It was a specail event with very nice food and service. The restaurant was busy. It had a nice ambience
