Ordered two sandwiches for dinner last night. Mine was great. My wife ordered the same bread as I did, but her sandwich roll was as hard as a rock. Ended up throwing half of it in the garbage. Was over charged for an extra sandwich I didn’t order (a mobile order was tacked on mine) and denied a refund due to lack of manager on duty. I had the employee make me the extra sandwich since I wasn’t coming back to shake 6 bucks out of a manager who might some day be around to handle things. Not mad at the trainee, annoyed this place can’t keep staff long enough to run a business, clearly someone isn’t stepping up.
