Villa Di Roma - Courtland Township

I placed in order for a pizza and when I received my order the pizza was cold. I called the restaurant to let to explain to them that I received a pizza that was no longer warm. I was told that they told me that they would deliver my pizza in an hour and they can't believe that within that hour my pizza got cold so there was nothing they could do for me. I worked at Villa de Roma as a child, it was a huge opportunity in our community for us young children who needed a job while we were still in high school. I have also brought parties into their facility with 18 people or more. So I was surprised when I received this horrible customer service. I asked speak to the owner. I was told that the owner was not available and that they will return on Monday. When I asked for the manager's name he hung up on me. This was the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this restaurant. I hope That's a owner hires new employees or they will soon be out of business.

The RUDEST staff. Food was cold and disgusting. I asked for a refund because i ended up not even being able to eat what i ordered and was told “i should have thought about what i ordered and they don’t do refunds” the audacity to serve terrible food like that and then be rude to the customer is honestly beyond me.

If you love chessy pizza, this is the place to go, 10/10 would recommend, planning on coming back?

The food is amazing, I'm more impressed with the drive thru window. As a mother of small children it hard to find placed that you don't have to get out of the car with your kids. I also love that they close late.

I just ate there yesterday and they just remodeled and it looks so much better inside now then what it did before. I also advise you to get a calzone because it is so cheesy and cheap that I could eat it everyday. I was also served by the nicest server I have ever had. Really good experience I advise you to try it out.
