Tim Hortons - Courtenay

Boycott it's not Canadian anymore just ruined something that use to be so good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is horrible now, 20 minutes for a sausage sandwich with no egg, one person working everything, even when theres multiple people its still equally as slow, just want to clarify this is the last place i go for breakfast because everytime i do its a horrible experience. Dont know what happened up here but its just bad now Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

I order a hot beverage 3-4 times a week. I would appreciate having a sleeve on the cup when it is handed to me through the window. I am particularly peeved when I order a donut or two and when I get them they are stuck to the side of the bag. Every. Single. Time. This is really annoying considering the time I've taken to choose a donut with a topping. Tims used to have wax paper, which the topping wouldn't stick. How about either doing that or offering the customer to have the donuts in a box for a nominal charge?

I showed up at 830pm and they didn't have a single donut or timbit left...isn't that the point of a coffee donut shop ‍
