McDonald's - Courtenay

When I entered the restaurant, I noticed that it was nicely maintained. I allowed my child to play in the PlayPlace, but he found it to be a bit dirty and sticky. I would not recommend it to anyone who is a germophobe. The food was okay, it was warm but not exceptional. The fries were lacking a bit in salt, but the other items on the menu were tasty. The drive-thru service was quick and accurate, except for the ketchup packets. The exterior of the restaurant may not be very appealing, but it serves its purpose well.

A very nice and very super cool and far away family restaurant with very good care good-hearted loyal hard work staff and very good tasting delicious and super tasty food and very good customer service and a nice clean and safe restaurant with a car thru, which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Look at this restaurant you will love. Peace and a good day.

Very good tasting delicious food and very hard working dedicated friendly staff who are very well maintained and are always happy to their customers with smiles on their faces and 100% good and fast customer service and a very clean restaurant with very strict...covid-19 security rules and the ride thru is open 24 hours 7 days a week all year and the property is always beautiful and safe.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. I had to send my order back and they messed up my coffee twice. The sanitizing and cleaning procedures are also awful - they clean the tables but not the chairs.
