Cute little hole in the wall pub downtown Courtenay. Local beers, delicious food wonderful staff!

We had a really bad experience yesterday. my man went in and sat down and told the server that his wife and his baby would soon come. when I arrived with our sleep 6 months old on the stroller to the back or the building where no one had space, we were told that we should go because children are not allowed and it is not family friendly. it is on the 5th street, our baby slept, what is the difference between a pub and a restaurant when it will be a bar? we weren't at the bar? she's 6 months not a running car and it was at 4 o'clock. we didn’t even think it was a “pea” that was not great as she treated dinge. we were hungry and with a baby trying to eat something fast. it was very rude and insulting. next time they put a sign no babies allowed

A very very nice small downtown pub with very good tasting delicious and yummy food.
