Soleil D'or - Courbevoie

Food is a buffet a volonte (all you can eat). Whilst the selection of food is not massive the food is first rate and really tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great traditional restaurant with homemade dishes. Lots of choices in the buffet. Perfect for my lunch time during weekdays (my work is very close to the restaurant). Sometimes I also do take aways and have lunch under l'arche de La Défense. But they also have a great terrasse in summer.

I was for my job in Paris in the place called La defense . Unfortunately we worked late in the evening and at 10 PM all the restaurants nearby were closed... Finally we found the Soleil d 'or a chinese restaurant were you can choose your meals... delicious, fresh, and kind waitresses. A very good surprise.

A Chinese with basic but very practical determination on defense. The buffet is well-stocked and regularly restocked, the dishes are pretty good. about 15€ for the formula at the will of the noon, it remains quite correct. However, waitresses are really not smiling, damage, reception is important even when you don't eat on the card.
