No professionalism really at the Starbucks du Santa fair the server doesn't even say hello. In addition to asking him on the spot, he made us take away. Too bad for the brand if the franchise continues this way to treat customers in this way.

Very disappointed with the very expensive limited edition Disneyland Paris cup I bought from this Starbucks in the Santa Fe hotel. It was a present for my wife who really wanted it but when she poured water in it for the first time it cracked, even though it’s supposedly ‘Microwave and dishwasher safe’. Waste of €20 and no response from customer service when I e-mailed them as advised. Back in the UK now so obviously can’t go back. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.

Assortment of poor foods, exposed menus not materially available. Fruits, rude, lazy employees make time for lunch or dinner a problem. do not expect a satisfying meal, do not expect prices proportional to the quality (absolutely all too expensive) and, above all, do not expect courtesy and professionalism from the employees; I mean, a total disaster.
