Ceasars Kitchen - County Durham

I have been frequenting this restaurant for some time now. The food used to be okay, but recently, the quality has declined. The portion sizes have become ridiculously small. I ordered an extra large mixed wrap and it had hardly any filling - mostly just wrap. When I called to mention this issue, I was told to go somewhere else and then the person on the phone hung up. I am very disappointed and will now be looking for a new place to eat.

I have been trying this restaurant for a couple of weeks now instead of our usual spot. The food is a bit pricey, but the pizza has been good. However, I will never order from here again after being charged 50p for a tiny tub of chilli sauce that should have been included in the price. I was sharing kebab meat with a child who doesn't eat chilli, and even though the menu states that all toppings are included in the price, I felt ripped off. When my child asked to have the meat and chips together, we ended up getting far less meat than we would have if we had ordered the kebab and salad separately. It seems like this restaurant is only concerned with making money and not keeping their customers happy. A total rip off!

Fab venue, very nice surrounding, extremely helpful and friendly waitress, made to feel very welcome and special from the moment we walked through the door drinks are delicious especially from the gin menu.

I recently purchased a chicken kebab from this place and was shocked by its size when I unwrapped it at home. It was so large that I couldn't believe it. If you are following a slimming program like Slimming World, you'll be happy to know that the portion size of this kebab is so generous that it almost feels like free food. The chicken in the kebab seemed to be on a diet itself, it was that lean.

Got to be the worst food i have had delivered. 12 inch meat feast pizza very poor. Extra large chicken kebab the worst ever would rather walk 50 miles to BRIDGE End to get some proper food!
