Scooter's Coffee - Council Bluffs

The Barista's are always super sweet and they know exactly what I want just by my voice. Pulled up to the speaker and the girl with the long dark hair refused to answer us. Then we pull up to the window and they are standing there drinking their drinks ignoring us. New staff is horrible! No customer service at all and now you are refusing business. They also don't turn on the outside lights. Scooters it is.Food: 1/5

Have placed large orders here for work a few times, they are always correct and on time.

Staff is super friendly! We advised them that they’re speaker was super low! Hard to hear but they were super helpful and advised us that it is something corporate is working on! Sounds like corporate needs a little push tho! It makes is frustrating for the customer and I feel like creates more unhappy customers just for the lack of being able to hear them especially with traffic.. please help get them a new speaker system so they can keep being amazing and we can hear them through the speaker.

I'm sure the coffee is fine, but the cold tea is terrible. There's a coffee aftertaste to it and I wouldn't trust getting it again.
