I needed to kill a couple of hours while my car was getting serviced. The staff here were friendly, pleasant, and efficient and I was able to work while enjoying a couple of cappuccinos and one of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten! Best local cafe however the new staff are not as friendly as before unfortunately. Now I get a take away only not worth sitting in.

A good experience! I loved the name of the cafe, interior and branding. Simple and average menu. It won’t blow you away. However, you won’t be disappointed either. You know, that ‘cafe round the corner you don’t mind visiting every now and then’, Grumpy Goose is that kind of a place. We had: Croissant with Feta and Spinach Croissant with jalapeño, pink onion, and cream cheese Cinnamon Bun Chocolate custard twist Tuti Fruiti smoothie Cortado Filter coffee None of the items disappointed us neither we were super impressed. The young ladies working in the cafe were very friendly and attentive. For our orders we paid £23+ Do pay them a visit and let me know if your experience was any different!
