Beans Brews Coffeehouse

The place was very dirty. The floors had not been mopped in days or even weeks. They gave me the wrong order and then insisted it was my fault that I'd asked for the wrong drink. Rather than trying to offer good customer service, they said they could charge me again for the drink I wanted. The manager of this location needs to be more involved with customer service training for the young people working there and ensuring the place is clean for customers.

The staff here is so friendly. Lotus was so funny and made this visit even better!
