Starbucks - Cottage Grove

Had to come leave a review today. I go here way too much lol. They are always so nice to me. My first insanely amazing experience was in March 2022. My dog has passed away the day before, and I came here for a pick me up. I actually broke down while ordering because it had beeb a rough 24 hours. Not only did the manager and staff write words of encouragement on my items, the manager leaned out of the drive thru to give me a hug!!Then fast forward to today. I LOVE red cup day. I never miss it. But I currently have COVID, so I ordered on DoorDash. I had asked the driver to grab me a red cup if there were any left.When he dropped off the bags, I tore it open and found not one , but TWO red cups!!!I am also pregnant so it made me cry.It’s been a rough go of it lately for me, but whenever I come to this Starbucks, the staff always perk me up no pun intended.I hope corporate sees this and gives them all a raise!!!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Poor service poor service poor service slow service slow service slow service I just don't understand how orders come in and they can't complete one person's order and then that person can take their order and they can go. It's not like that it's so chaotic and you have to wait for your items whether they be a drink a glass of water a microwavable prepackaged disgusting food that they offer. Absolutely no organization and it's very clear that the staff do not care about their customers whatsoever. And the bathrooms are always disgusting like they never get cleaned always gross.

Amazing service! I was addressed by name and treated with the utmost respect. The service was friendly and fast! They also gave me a larger drink for free by happy accident :

So frustrated with this location. They are always behind in orders, understaffed or have the lobby closed for drive through only. It’s not the staffs fault but there needs to be attention at this location and help hire. It’s sad that they limit the potential of what this location can do. And the service makes us want to switch to the local caribou.

Great service fast not crawled fir in-service, but the journey through the line was stretched back, but one over all pleasant endurance.
