Happy Pho Inc - Costa Mesa

Prices went up and food didn't improve for the contrary less food .I'm surprised we (husband sister in-law and niece)used to go every other week but don't think we will be back. The lady is very kind and knows your likes . I really will be missing the place. But 3 times is enough for us.

Spring rolls were soggy and completely fell apart. Veggies inside tasted old

The Pho and spring rolls were delicious. We also tried the fried egg rolls and fried shrimp rolls less flavorful, but not bad. I only gave 4 stars on the service because our server never checked back with us after serving the food and only offered a water refill long after we finished the meal, but she was otherwise very pleasant.

Delicious!! Not the first time I've ordered from Happy Pho. So good!!

Love Happy Pho. Super friendly staff and great Pho. We eat here all the time.
