Breakfast Republic Costa Mesa

I had a friend in town whose boyfriend had to eat animal bacon and pancakes. It took a while to find a breakfast spot that also had vegan options for me. The Vegan Tre Leches pancakes were amazing. Melt in your mouth delicious with vegan cream between the layers and fresh strawberries. The omelets and breakfast burrito looked great, too. The decor isn't a plus but I will definitely go back for this indulgence!

I had the Jammin Bennie it was delicious. They also had three alternative milks for the coffee with no up-charge. This was the best vegan meal I've had in a non-vegan restaurant in years. Will definitely go back

The menu has a good selection of vegan items and the staff is friendly and eager to assist with any questions. I really enjoyed my platter, with the rice and beans being decent but the burrito standing out in a unique and delicious way. I was dining with a non-vegan companion who also enjoyed trying my dish. Overall, there are great options available and I would definitely return.

I love that Breakfast Republic offers a dedicated section of their menu for vegan food, with options such as eggs benedict, omelets, and a spring special of Tres Leche pancakes. I am grateful for the variety they provide.

Saturday and Sunday this is where we chose to enjoy breakfast during our trip! Both days we thoroughly enjoyed the harvest omelette, breakfast potatoes fruit, multigrain toast and bottomless coffee with oat milk! Our servers were great! Nice outdoor seating! I have to add that I normally avoid Asparagus which was inside the omelette because of my braces… However the asparagus was super tender!
