Beach Pit Bbq - Costa Mesa

I like this place. The staff is friendly and considerate and although it is an order at the opposite of the restaurant, they still make a point to check on you to ensure that your food is all you hoped it would be. I appreciate that. The food is good. The ribs are some of the best I ever had. The focus in this restaurant is really the meat the grilled sauces are not the big thing, it is the meat. And the meat is very good. I also think the potato salad and baked beans are great, the blueberries Cornbread was good. I also have the stacked house that I think it means that this is Brisket and Pull-Pork sandwich I enjoyed very much. My husband loves the tacos. You're just a bunch of good white meat chicken on a few tortillas, but for him that's exactly what he loves. So if you want a good reliable BBQ experience, this is the place. The only thing I would say is that they are sauces, could use some improvement. You're not as fully flammable as I want. But as I said, the flesh is the star of this place that is in service!

What a nice little place! I had the best BBQ in OC. Our party had brisket, sausage, pulled pork bread, burned ends, beans, Cole Slav, potato salad corn bread and pommes. Rave reviews for everything we ate. The staff was super friendly, polite and professional. Will definitely go back.

I wanted to try this place for years. Door disc made it easy. The food was excellent. Enjoys choice of 2 meats and 2 sides with maize bread flour. tender and delicious. We added this to our regular visit to go.

Excellent BBQ with a variety of meats to choose from. Beautiful outside dining and atmosphere. Great portions for the price.
