The property has an amazing location, the end. The staff although some are very nice, are mostly clueless and unhelpful. The facilities are super dated, the rooms are particularly in desperate need of an extreme renovation and updating. The wifi is non existing 24/7, and the breakfast is very underwhelming and uninspired. In total the value for your money is just not there, such a shame.

Didn’t love the area, but liked it, and it was convenient given the constraints of our vacation. The hotel was nice overall and the rooftop bar exceptional, pool and service good…hallway carpets aside they are a little worn…

Lovely relaxing beach hotel right on the beachfront. Staff are so very helpful, the one small issue we had was addressed and rectified in a few minutes. Sea view rooms are stunning. Good gym . Good breakfast. Pool area.

We keep going back. The staff are fantastic they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the best stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The food is fabulous and fantastic value for money . The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable

We had originally booked a double room, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to a big suite, presumably because they noticed on my info that it was my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms lovely, modern and clean. We were more than happy with this lovely space. The hotel arranged for cake and prosecco to be delivered to the room, given that it was my birthday, which was so nice of them, especially since I hadn't specifically mentioned it was a birthday trip. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was a really nice one hashbrowns, bacon, beans and warm, freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and a pancake maker. We had a couple tiny issues with small things in the room but the hotel came and fixed then immediately and without fuss. We were more than happy with the professional service, location and comfortable rooms.
