I've been to the castle farmhouse on the occasion of a friend's wedding. nothing to be excelled on the place, very beautiful, with a fantastic terrace showing the valleys and the surrounding hills, very picturesque. On the event, however, I must be critical, while remembering that it was curated by a catering company and not by the property of the club. It was August, hot oppressively and sunny: not even an umbrella mitigated the temperatures, it was the and all the guests yearned a little shade, having held the wedding in a lawn devoid of trees. The organization did not think to prepare a water distribution service, so for over an hour all guests stayed in the sun without a drop of water that quenched them and refreshed them. They recovered with the aperitif, served, this time under the trees, without letting on drinking or eating, although very often it was necessary to wait for them to be replenished with drinks. We say ordinary dinner, good appetizers, then gradually decayed quality. Good dj and entertainment service, the party went on beyond midnight (curated by other people outside catering). Very painful note: no anti-covid protection, no disinfectant liquid distributor, no mask worn by the waiters and catering staff. to the latter, not even a star, I mean!
