Tavolata - Cosenza

Place is cozy. Pasta is quite expensive but the serving is large. Fried calamari is my favorite food here. perfect place to celebrate anniversary or just to have date with your partner.

One can tell that a restaurant is serious when their pasta and pizza are made from scratch and premium ingredients. The prices can be off-putting to some but it is seriously worth every penny. Another great feature this place has is its being vegetarian and vegan friendly. Delicious and nearly-authentic. This review does not include their desserts.

Tavolata reminded me of Hazel and Augustus' dinner scene in Amsterdam from TFIOS. Great ambience. Friendly staff. Amazing food. I recommend the fried calamari as appetizer--perfectly cooked with the right seasoning and contrasted with the lemon zest. All in all, the experience you get from this place is one that feeds not only the stomach, but the heart and soul as well.

Staff were very attentive to our needs. Food was a bit pricey but ambiance was great. This place is perfect for special occasions Worth your money

This is the place to go for authentic Italian pasta, and also for traditional style pizza. If you are Western and can't find a good pizza in Cebu City, try here.
