Tacovino - Corvallis

Today we had the best lunch at TacoVino. The spectacular Queso Flambeado had delicious Mixed Cheeses, Roasted Red Tomatoes, Garlic, Scallions, Flamed Tequila, and Fresh Lime squeezed on top and Corn Chips. The Korean Beef Short Rib Taco had Grilled Beef Bulgogi Short Rib, Cucumber, Pickled Carrot, Cabbage, Sriracha- Lime Crema, and Cilantro on a Corn Tortilla. The flavors worked beautifully together. Pleasant pub-like atmosphere, interesting taco fillings and cocktails. I'd say half were really good and half were just okay, but the novelty was fun enough that I'll definitely go again.

Place was packed on a Friday night, but we were seated quickly, and the service was great! The salsa was incredibly good, both the red and the green.

Place is always packed everytime I come, but with a little patience, you'll get some great food.
