If you have never been here go. The food is great and the service and ambiance are top notch. Their soup is always amazing (seriously just order the soup) and the steak was prepared, cooked and plated to perfection. Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant! Almost certainly the most high end restaurant in Corvallis and it does not disappoint. I came here with my grandparents to dine with one of their old friends and we shared a few plates of appetizers. All the food was delicious, I just wish there were more of it! The prices were definitely on the higher end but you absolutely get what you pay for!

After dining at Del Alma on three separate occasions, I can confidently say it's the best sit-down, formal restaurant experience in Corvallis. Among the standout dishes I've tried are the Beef Chilaquiles, Papas Bravas, Cochinita Pibil, and Cuban Chicken. Each one offers its own distinctive blend of flavors, expertly crafted to provide a memorable dining experience. The Beef Chilaquiles are rich and satisfying, while the Papas Bravas offer a comforting, savory delight. The Cochinita Pibil, with its tender, seasoned pork, embodies authentic flavors that never disappoint. Meanwhile, the Cuban Chicken is perfectly spiced, creating a balanced and delectable meal. I would wholeheartedly recommend any of these dishes to anyone visiting. To complement these flavorful dishes, I enjoy sipping on their Sergeant Pepper cocktail. This drink strikes the right balance with its bright, peppery notes, adding a refreshing kick to any meal.
