Cascade Bbq - Corvallis

The only barbecue option in Corvallis nowadays. It's pretty good, I've had better but I've certainly had worse

Wednesday night Trivia is very popular. You must reserve your table in advance. Great beer cider on tap. I was not very hungry so I had sides. I tried baked beans, coleslaw along with the Portobello mushrooms. Those all were totally great. Looking forward to going out here again.

Food is amazing and so fresh. real smoke not liquid smoke flavor

I had they Chicken Ribs, Cucumber Salad, and Texas Toast. I loved it all. The Salad is perfect with the smokey BBque. The Ribs were my favorite. I can’t wait to try more!
