Dunkin' - Cortland

Average. Simple. As with many establishments in New York, prices are on the higher side.

I usually love Dunkin', but not this particular location! I live nearby and get coffee here everyday. This morning, I realized my coffee had no flavor after I had already left the store. When I went to eat my donut, the icing was all over the bag. And to top it off, my bagel was burned. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they hung up on me. I am extremely upset and will not be returning to this Dunkin' again. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I had a great experience with my coffee this time. It was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I like it with the right amount of cream and sugar well mixed in. In the past, sometimes the coffee hasn't been as good - either lukewarm with barely any sugar, or the sugar was left at the bottom of the cup making it difficult to stir while driving. Because of this, I would usually end up tossing it before hitting the road.

This time, my coffee was excellent. It was served hot and fresh with the perfect amount of cream and sugar that I requested, and it was stirred well. In the past, there have been times when the coffee was not as good - perhaps too warm or lacking sugar. This can be frustrating, especially when the sugar settles at the bottom of the cup and makes it difficult to stir while driving. That's why I always make sure to taste my coffee before I leave the restaurant.
