This is by !FAR! the best place to be in Cortez, CO. This sushi bar has a hip modern atmosphere, beautifully-displayed gourmet dishes with an unmatched bar. They make a lavender martini that is to die for, And if you’re lucky, you’ll catch them on a day where they’re doing a special for a coconut lavender martini! The service is phenomenal. My go-to for a night out.

We've gotten take out here twice sooo good, couldn't believe I was in Cortez! Definitely worth the price. Enjoyed the asparagus roll and veggie tempura the most, will be trying more rolls in the future! The atmosphere seems cool too, but haven't dined in yet.

Awesome sushi! Went for lunch and have been here for dinner the sushi is really good. This is one of my favorite places to go now that they serve lunch.

Waiters avoid your table like the plague. We came for prom, made reservations, and had people get their food before us that showed up 30 minutes after. It was chaos.The food is half the size, half the quality, and the same high prices.
