Stonefish Sushi More - Cortez

The sushi at this restaurant is of excellent quality, delicious, and served in a pleasant atmosphere with good service. While some reviews noted the prices being higher than expected, the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Keep in mind that this is not a seaside location, so prices may be higher compared to a local diner. Plan to spend around $30 per person if you have a big appetite, but you will be satisfied with the value and quality of the food.

Best Sushi I ever had somewhere! Really creative roles and delicious. Recommend the Kiva roll and the dirty Vegas. If you are not much of a fish person, the Verde role is a great option, or the Steak- surprisingly best steak can be located in Cortez by far. Crazy to find such a jewel in the southwest corner of Colorado.

The food at this restaurant was amazing! I tried the salmon roll and the spicy tuna roll, both were very tasty. I also ordered the pad Thai, which was both spicy and delicious.

Absolutely love this place. Delicious sushi! Our bartender/waiter, Eric was fantastic!
