Shipley Do-nuts - Corpus Christi

This place is always closed. It's never open when it says it's gonna be open. They need to fix their hours. The third time. I won't be here again!

Great service. Why can no one make a real bear claw? It has walnuts. Looks like a bear claw. Apple Fritte is not the same!!

The donuts are good, but the Kolaches are always disappointing. I was in the other Shipley from the city and her bread is soft and fluffy and the sausage is juicy and tasteful. Every time we try to give them another chance, the colonels are hard and the sausages look over boiled, shaken and dried. The cheese is also very light and almost not even there. I would recommend going for the donuts and donut holes, but definitely skip the koloches.

This location seems to have gone down a hill. Always loved it. I grew up on Shipley Donuts and kolaches. The best thing was that they were always fresh. It seems like every time I visit the coalches, it's always old. What a shame. People always work very pleasantly.

Donuts were ok. Nothing served hot. Crème filled donut tasted mired like cream cheese icing. The kids liked them, so that’s what mattered today. The lady taking tor order seemed to be bothered or inconvenienced by the fact that I was there placing an order. Def not in a friendly mood.
