Kfc - Corpus Christi

Absolutely terrible service. they didn't get the food of my daughter and wouldn't refund me for what they missed. order ordered on the KFC website was delivered to our hotel missing 2 meal times, all seasoned and the drinks were incorrect. she called to report it to the manager, and she refused to refund the money for the missing food and also refused to leave it to me. this location was reported to the bbb and to the texas attorney general.

In order, kfc generally has not the quality they have made 20 years ago, but I will say that they always have so nice people who serve them and they get their order right. this is a meilenstein today.

They always wait here at kentucky fried chicken not sure why, but it is always a wait by the drive thru before they pay for the loudspeaker and after them.

Took almost an hour to get 8 pcs of chicken(and I ordered ahead) then the chicken was soggy!Horrible service and the food wasn’t good…won’t be going back!!

Everything I ordered was in the bag. Food was hot and fresh very happy
