Aka Sushi - Corpus Christi

I'm not from cc, and I'm just here for this place! the quality, the love for the detail, the balance of the arome, the complexity and simplicity, surprises me every time. If they are a true sushi sashimi lover, they must sit and enjoy the magic that appears before them by jake! I would go every week if I could. I had some great sushi in my life and this is some of the best. go, experience it for yourself and then tell her family and friends!

Aka sushi is one of the best in corpus kristi and 100miles environment south of texas for authentic japanese sushi. I will give 10/10 for the owners and the two most important chefs I meet on my visit. they will get them over and over the menu fish and food quality 10/10 experience on sushi bar 10/10 style and know-how 10/10 I paid for the quality and experience image of chefs special sashmi platter. (ask for it). serve the best of quality raw fish and often served with original washabi when they have made it fresh. (not the horse_raddish)

The sushi was delicious, I order the Bahama mama. spicy and crisp, but really good. I had the sangria since they had the saki I had cried, but overall was good.

Homemade wasabi and unique sauces glazed over each sushi was absolutely delicious. We ordered sashimi which was fabulous and our daughter loved the tempura udon. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and our family will definitely visit again when in town!

Eating is as excellent as the service. very clean and welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff. the sushi took a little longer than normal to make, but everything is premium seafood and that is worth waiting. I paid twice for sushi in the past.
