Encore Cafe - Coronado

Surfer Burrito veganized (request no eggs, adding black beans) was very tasty, and the roasted salsa that came with it was one of the best things I have ever eaten! The two smoothies I got were delicious, but even better is the Minze Matcha Latte with tons of fresh mint. I tried her vegan scone, it had a nice taste, but was disappointingly dry.

Parakeet Cafe? More like Paracute Cafe! We stopped at the Coronado location and sniffed Chilaquiles and a veganized surfer Burrito (I undertook Avocado for the eggs that usually come to make it vegan. Will definitely come back to explore more about the menu!

I got the Açaí bullet and it was fantastic. Also a vanilla latte with oat milk. Had a good amount of vegan options on the menu that were clearly marked as so. Just a vegan bakery.

We stumbled upon this while walking around Coranado...what a cute little cafe with the food that surprised us. We ordered a Venice panini and it was amazing and the vegan chili was a burst of flavors in the mouth. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating to our changes. Will def come back on our next visit.

We stopped in for an after dinner espresso. My son spotted the cannoli and ordered it. The coffee is really good the cannoli was ok.
