Romano's Macaroni Grill - Corona

Went here for my birthday in the free dessert. Got two large cannoli. Service could have been more attentive but the food was good. Originally ordered the Italian Shop Salad but it was different than the items listed in the menu. It had carrots and nosalami so I returned it in order to different salad.

Staff was very nice. Food was delicious. Not too crowded. The air conditioning was not great. It was pretty warm in there. It was a hot evening and not much cooler inside. Apparently, it has been like this for at least a few weeks. The staff had altereduniforms because of it.

There's ample parking in the area. The restaurant is clean and our Server was amazing. She was very friendly and would check on us from time to time. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. The Stuffed mushrooms were DELICIOUS!!! Their BREAD was alsoAMAZING!!! We were given the wrong soup...lol. We ordered LOBSTER BISQUE but was given TOMATO BASIL SOUP instead. It wasreplaced as soon as we made our server aware of the mistake. AS far as their food, I ordered CHICKEN MARSALA. The sauce was abit watery and the flavor was underwhelming. My son ordered their SIGNATURE TRUFFLE MAC CHEESE. He said it was good. Iforgot the other two dishes that we ordered. One was a Ravioli dish which was OK and another pasta dish that my husband didn'tlike too much. As far as the price, it's reasonable. : Overall, we enjoyed the place but will not be coming back anytimesoon.

Never had this before so I thought I'd give it a shot. The sauce was tasteless. It was like some one poured tomato sauce on noodles but didn't include spices or garlic. On the one hand, it was very expensive for the little food you got. On the otherhand, it's so tasteless, does it really matter? The one thing that had taste was the meatballs. They tasted terrible. Far toomuch oregano. I won't be going back.

Great dining experience that I had here. Our server was great and the service was great as well. The tomato basil soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. The bread was good delicious as well. I would definitely return here.
