The service at this place is absolute garbage, I spent 37 minutes on hold in order to call in an order for “carry out”. After waiting on hold for over 15min initially, I decided to utilize three phones at the same time for better odds. When I finally reached a human, who told me they don’t deliver and do pickup only, which I was fine with and ready to order… I was put on hold again. After some time on hold, the same person picked up the phone and told me they’re not doing “carry out” orders. The customer service is nonexistent here, don’t bother. Uber disrespectful.

The food was extremely good. The atmosphere was...meh. The staff was pretty rude to be honest. We got a strong vibe that we were lucky to be there and that the employees were better than us. It was odd.Also, they didn't refill drinks, didn't check back with us. For a place with only about 10 tables, it seems like the service would be better.The chef is great though and the food is very authentic Italian. If you temper your expectations about the dining experience, the food can be worth the trip.

This place was delicious! Ended up getting a table on our last night at OBX for party of 6. First we got free homemade bread which was delicious!! The kitchen was able to accommodate some members of our party who were vegan/vegetarian as well with a vegan ravioli and salads. We tried the butternut squash bisque but asked for it without lobster and it was still some of the best soup I’ve ever had. Entrees were delicious as well. Our server lily was very accommodating and friendly.
