Ye Olde Malthouse Inn

My stay at this restaurant for Christmas was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Despite the storm outside, I slept soundly. The atmosphere in the inn was cozy and inviting. Jamie, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The bar snacks were delicious and nicely presented. They also had a great selection of local gins and ales. I will definitely be returning to stay and dine here again.

Lovely quaint building with really friendly staff. The portions are large and the food delicious and home cooked. A slight mishap but compensated with a free round of drinks which was totally unexpected. Thank you

The meal and service were absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond for us. It is an amazing place that I highly recommend. A must-visit if you are in Tintagel.

From the moment we stepped into escape the weather until we left we had a great time. The staff were so helpful and friendly, attentive but not too much as to interrupt. Food was brilliant as was the drinks choice. It was a very wet day so glad to get out of the weather but regardless it would be even better on a nicer day

Despite the wind and rain outside, we were all drenched. However, the interior of the restaurant was beautifully warm and the staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The food was delicious; it can be tough to find a good vegetarian meal sometimes, but their vegan burger was perfect. The dining areas were cozy and the restaurant is dog-friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
