Treyarnon Bay Youth Hostel

I needed a place to stay overnight for a business trip and stumbled upon this restaurant. I haven't stayed in a youth hostel in many years and was pleasantly surprised by how much they have changed. I arrived in the dark during a storm, but woke up to a beautiful view in the daylight the next morning. The location, food, drinks, and room were all wonderful, but the standout feature was the staff, especially the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, bubbly, and polite, making her the perfect person to greet you after a long day. I will definitely be returning to this place.

We dined at this restaurant multiple times during our vacation. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the location was great. The staff was friendly and we highly recommend this place.

I had high hopes after seeing the impressive online menu, but was disappointed to find that the actual menu was quite limited. I decided to try the cheese panini, but was disappointed by the lack of cheese and flavor. The small side salad that came with it was not very substantial either. My friend ordered the soup, but it did not taste homemade. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had great views. Overall, the experience was lackluster and not worth the visit.

I camped for a week in the field next to the YHA and was blessed with good weather but the obvious care and dedication of the staff helped make it a very enjoyable week. There is a strong ethos of tidiness so showers, kitchens etc...were all clean and well equipped. There were a couple of big groups during my stay in the hostel but apart from some minor disturbance it was all good. Such a beautiful spot too. Thank you all.

Don't be put off because its a hotel, food is lovely, great menu, great price, nice staff and fantastic location .
