Mcdonald's - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Ordered a delivery and it was delivered stone cold and inedible and the staff at McDonald's were not helpful and was not bothered that we had cold food. They were vey quick to pass the buck to the delivery driver

Unfortunately this is my local branch and everything I go back I forget the usual bad experience that makes me never want to there again. Better off going down to Hayle instead. Always massive queus at the poorly redesigned drive through them when you're through will probably be asked to park up and wait for your order in the already jam packed car park,.if you do manage to fet your order at the window it will probably have something missing. Can't refer the last time they actually has milshakes available. Avoid lthis place like the plague!!

I don 't know who manages this place but by all accounts they need to be sacked on the spot. Unfortunately this is my local so I 've always passed through fairly regularly, I don 't think I 've visited here without them completely failing at the most basic level every time, infact it is the only thing that 's consistent... Total failures. First of all, It 's jam packed and badly designed! They are far more interested in packing the tiny carpark out with delivery drivers badly parked rarther than any consideration for their visiting customers. Trafic backs out onto the main road causing havoc on the public highway. It 's very dangerous with the road layout. Your guaranteed every time there will be at least one item missing, or something wrong with the order. The drive-through is a 30 minute ordeal at best, no one answers the speaker to take an order leaving a huge backlog whilst the drive through windows are empty, when you do finally get through and order a simple chicken mayo, your guaranteed to be asked to park in a bay... Of which is always full, and then begins the 20 minute wait only to have someone aimlessly wonder around the carpark for 10 mins tapping on every car window that isn 't mine. So when I do eventually get my order, it 's cold! That 's if your lucky enough for it even to be correct. I worked out in the last 6 visits with the family, only one was the full and correct order... The one they did get correct was stone cold. Napkins aren 't a thing here, and yet never seems to be a problem at any other local branches, Hayle, Truro, Penzance, all give napkins. Today they had a sign up saying cash or chip and pin only, great no problem. So I prepare for the long drawn out process of getting a simple coffee, only to be told it 's apple pay only . So that 's NOT chip and pin only is it? But there I was sat in the drive through que for a solid 20 mins for absolutely no reason what so ever. I told them exactly what I thought of them at that point. It 's bad management, simple as that. The staff are on there knees, flapping about, there 's no routine, no organisation, no consideration for customers. It 's absolutely diabolical. Im often patrolling the local area and regularly visit the other local branches, of which it seems they also have their issues but at least they get the fundamentals correct. So, if you are the manager of this place, congratulations at demonstrating how shockingly bad you are at your job, and how utterly incompetent you are, do us a favour, walk away, go stack shelfs or something your worthy of, I 'd even be happy to see my tax money fund your job seakers allowance to prop you up if it gets this place just 10% better than the absolute joke it is at the moment because this ain 't the career for you! Shamefull!

How is it possible to get an order of one bacon roll and one breakfast roll wrong.! I get back home and I have 2 Bacon Rolls ! second time this has happened I suggest you check the order before driving off. No wonder this country is in the state it is I am jumping !!

Ordered food at the click and serve, extremely busy at the drive through, and car park was overfill, order took 25 minutes to arrive, chips cold and stodgy, 2 mcplants were just about warm, 1 big tasty stone cold and chewy, cheese hadn't even melted. Happy meals were OK. I know to not expect much from a McDonalds, but I do expect it to be (fairly) fast and edible. Probably the worst £30 I've ever spent. This store cannot cope with its demand.
