Domino's Pizza - Corning

Got a messed up order about 2 weeks ago. We are all human and make mistakes. What sets them apart is they own up to it and make it right!!! That’s great customer service!!!

Very clean, the people that work there are super nice and helpful. Pizza's tasted great, we ate outside in their patio and a nice man brought our pizza's, out to us when they were ready. Over all a very nice experience!

85% of the time it's great. I've had 3 meals messed up, 3 pizzas and a chicken sandwich. I've had cold pizza, over cooked, under cooked pizza, been in line so long at the pick up window that I parked and walked in. Knowing how good they can be, these bad times are very disappointing.

My family likes the takeout window and customer service at this location.

We have been ordering from them for the last few years. This is a great team. We always have a good experience. The two times our order has not been right in the past 4 years (sometimes our orders include unusual requests and combinations), the team has been responsive and immediately provided a replacement. They are always personable. We also frequently ask them to label the unusual pizza as we cannot always tell which is which by looking. They always do this, but our favorite label is in the pictures! This was a few years ago, but we still chuckle about this.
