I live about 3 hours away and go out of my way to find reasons to be in the driving range to go for a burger, as my wife looks at me, as if I were crazy if I wanted to drive 3 hours for a burger. the ghost burger is the top notch
Hands down the best burger I've had in recent memory. Not only was it uniquely different from all the other local non-chain restaurants I've been too. Within 15 minutes of ordering, while they were busy, the server was bringing our whole order out. To TOP IT OFF, the cost was below what you would expect to pay for a meal of this caliber, making it a place you could go to frequently and not break the bank. 10/10 will be going again, SOON.
Purchase a 9 pound 45 day aged prime rib. Good price, seasoned with homemade rub for 24 hours. Cooked at 250 in oven until internal temperature reached 120 degree's removed from the oven while preparing other dishes, about 1-1/2 hours. Then returned to oven for 15 minutes of 500 degree to sear. One of the best tasting and tender roast I've cooked. Very likable staff.
Went here for dinner and let me tell you, top notch! Walked in and was greeted. Staff was very nice! Their burgers and fries are juicy and cooked perfectly. Prices are very good for what you get. Not a lot of places to sit as it’s pretty small in there. I want to go back to try out their meats. I’ll be back for sure!!
Fantastic place. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got an aged steak, unbelievable cut of meat they told us how to cook it. It was incredible. Highly recommend them.
