Bidrage med feedbackWhile we visit friends who are locals of Cordoba, we were taken to this restaurant as a change from the many excellent meals with a focus on beef. The restaurant has an interesting well and a spacious terrace and seating. It was very... clean and well lit, with a few touches of Middle Eastern decor. We had a 8 pm reservation (especially for Cordoba) and quite had the place for ourselves. Our friends commented when it's full, it can be very loud and difficult to talk. We ordered the special for 4 people. The articles I remember contain freshly made Pita bread, kibbe ( raw finely ground beef mixed with onions and spices), baba ghanouj (purified eggplant with spices), freshly made hummus, a yogurt base sauce and lamb filled grape leaves. The duck I liked least was the stuffed grape leaves because the texture of the leaves was a bit strange for my preference. Even so it was quite pale. Everything else was very good, especially the cube they served in a variety of ways prepared. The parts were very generous, and we did not end up able to finish everything despite the fact that we all have great appetite.
I was blown away from Al-Malek. The best Lebanese food in the most elegant and relaxed atmosphere (please reserve!!!!). By the way, it is located in the hipster neighborhood of General Paz (sort of an Argentine Williamsburg, Brooklyn hahahahahaha . A must go when in Córdoba. The food is super fresh and delicious. Go with friends. Two times in a group of 4 people. to share order; it makes no sense to order individual dishes. For beginners, you need to order a picada árabe (not for the exact number of people at the table : they are very well served, and you want to leave room to order a few other dishes to taste the menu best. Every single product in the Picada árabe (a sample medley of Libanese food is delicious and ultra fresh. We ordered an eggplant shell (Batenyen and the lamb rice (we are all tilted for this, all are brought to the table. White and rose wines go super well with this food (big wine list). The service is wonderful, friendly, but you do not notice it (plus you are in the food Nirvana .
Dinner here on weekend in Nov '18 Menu Extensive. And bilingual food average. Not bad, but neither from the world. very average. for example, they served cold bread, but was heated on request. The dessert was tasteless. Humus was normal. Service... Slack. I had to keep looking at the waiter. Although restaurant was only 33% full. One thing I didn't like the waiter was trying to sell me some dishes I didn't want to eat. He pushed too hard. Ambience So/so. Too bright. Easy to find. his a HUGE place and as an address in Trip Advisor. Mid Range prices. I was alone. Food with a dessert and a small bottle of wine plus tips cost me 800 Pesos 23 usd Will I return probably not. I recommend average place. You will not regret going there, but you will not miss much if you never go there to eat. I hope you found the review helpful. What an amazing Lebanese food in Cordoba. The prices are very reasonable and the food is great! Go early on a Saturday evening or book, because after 9:00 it was packed. Bring cash, no cards accepted, but the restaurant is totally worth it!
Prices are affordable and the food is of excellent quality. It is highly recommended if you like lebanese food and want to spend a nice tranquil time. The environment is elegant and well manteined.
