I wanted to place an order on the page and it sent me a WhatsApp number to do so. From WhatsApp it took them 1 hour to confirm whether or not they were going to make my food. Seeing that it was taking a while, I went to the store and when it arrived, after waiting 20 minutes for them to attend to me, they told me on WhatsApp that they confirmed it but they confirmed what I ordered incorrectly and that the delivery would only come out at 2:00 p.m. unless I picked it up in the store, so I go to the cashier to modify the order that THEY MADE ME WRONG, but they tell me that if I want to increase that order that they had already confirmed wrong, it would cost me more (they charged me a portion for 2 people plus one for 1 person instead of a serving for 3 people) but I let it pass. Then I was waiting 2 hours for them to give me my order when I saw people coming in, ordering, having their food made and already delivering it to them. I approach and ask for an explanation and they tell me that my food was 25 minutes late, but I waited ONE MORE HOUR! I approach again and they give me my food plus a tiny dessert as a gift as an apology. I do not recommend the place in the least. I ate late, what was hot was cold and they overcharged me.

To correct: They tell customers to take away 15 minutes (alleged delay) we were all waiting for Arabs 50 minutes ago. I couldn't come for more than three years. The menu is incredible, the food is great and the prices are super good. The attention, in case something is missing, is EXCELLENT too.
