Bidrage med feedbackMexican chain restaurant in Corbin just off the Hwy and on the way back from Cumberland Falls. Traditional mexican dishes and specialities. All your favorites like tacos, fajitas ,enchiladas , burritos and more. Service is above average and hour meal starts off with drunks and a basket of chips and a really good salsa with plenty of cumin and cilantro. They offer all the proteins , beef, pork, chicken ,fish. The decor is lively and very mexican with colorful chairs ,walls and decorations. They offer a full bar with well made drinks with generous pours. Beers are ice cold and frothy. Prices are very reasonable. Food is well prepared enchiladas are awesome. This is more to mexican style foods than Tex Mex. Check them out when you need to satisfy you mexican cravings !!
I had the pleasure of trying El Dorado Mexican restaurant on my birthday. I found the restaurant on Yelp. My friend and I sat outside on the patio as it was a lovely evening. Our server was helpful and friendly. She answered several questions we had regarding the menu. Be warned the menu was huge. But the server told me the carnitas in any form was one of the top sellers. So I purchase the carnitas quesadilla. Wow was it good! The meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly. Queso cheese was drizzled on top. I would absolutely recommend this dish. My girlfriend ordered the chicken soup. I would suggest this menu item as well. So much chicken, tons of veggies and avocado plus a little heat. My girlfriend went inside and must have told the staff it was my birthday. When I came out of the restroom my girlfriend was at the bar and told me she was waiting to cash out the check. Then out came the sombrero hat which was placed on my head and a free fried ice cream. The staff sung happy birthday and one of the servers put whipped cream on my cheeks and nose. I was told this was for good luck for your next year. Thank you El Dorado for a lovely birthday dinner!
I had a great experience for my first visit at El Dorado. The staff was very friendly and service was superb. My friend and I ate dinner. I highly recommend the Chicken Soup. Very filling and quite tasty. Also a Keto item you can eat from their menu. After dinner, the staff brought out Fried Ice cream for a cheerful Birthday celebration for Michelle.. right along with singing and a good luck dab of whip cream to the face! Very reasonably priced and overall great atmosphere!!
I love this place. My family and I stumbled on it as we were driving through, and I couldn't have been happier. The restaurant was huge, yet still busy on a weeknight. It's great for groups, kids and parties. The service was super friendly. The menu was large and they had specials on top of that. Prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent, authentic and filling. Even my dad, who isn't a big fan of Mexican enjoyed his meal. You get free homemade chips and salsa to start. I was happy that the salsa wasn't too spicy. The furniture looks like it was imported from Mexico. All we needed was some open air and you'd feel like you were right in Mexico City.
Well, I don't even know where to start here. It used to be good with the previous owners but I was unaware that that had changed and trust me when I tell you, when that changed it all changed! The food was not only as good but when I ordered fajitas and simply ask for the items expected that go on your fajita such a sour cream or shredded cheese or god forbid guacamole I was charged dearly. I was even charge for extra tortillas because they didn't give me enough to finish my plate in servings. As I was waiting for my ticket I asked for an ice water to go and that way a charge in my ticket too. Lazy servers didn't make it any better. Last time there for me. Under the bridge is much better
