TGI FRIDAYS - Coral Springs

When we arrived, the hostess told us that they had been unable to access OpenTable reservations for months. Despite the long wait and number of people in line ahead of us, she was able to seat us within 10 minutes. The food took some time to come out, but it was worth the wait and met our expectations.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, the food was incorrectly prepared, and they ignored my allergy requests. Despite the issues, the bill was not reduced. I will not be returning.

Overall good. the waitress might have been a bit more attentive, but it was good to eat.

It was awful. It took forever to get the food and we would have been better off if it never came. It was too expensive for such crappy food.

Meals were great, but when we got there we were told the restaurant does not honor reservations on Valentine's Day. My wife and I rushed to make it to our 8:15 reservation for no reasons and then told we will have to wait 45 minutes. I wish there would have been better communication between open table and the restaurant.
