Mima's Cuban Cafe - Coral Springs

I have been living in Coral Spring for over 10 years and this place reminds of a Miami shop, but with class. The owner and his family are great. The food was amazing and when I ordered my Colada. He asked if I wanted coconut sugar. A Must Go

Sweet owner, great food. The steak sandwich was super delicious and their empanadas are too good. Nothing we have? Yes, there is a waiting period, but as expected, they are actually cooking and pay your food as it ordered, not a warming and going. If you want fast, go to a fast food restaurant or a 7-11. Amazing job guys, stop it!!

The food here was really good. Happy to try another place here in Coconut-Kreek and make this place really good food. Please stop the good work and do not fall through the cracks of today's Bs! Food was great and will come back.

I was disappointed with my experience. On 09/10 I went with my wife, 2 years old child and mother-in-law. It was full and was said that we would sit as soon as seats opened. We sat outside in the heat waiting. Another family of three went about 15 minutes later. Apparently another couple moved to a smaller table and they sat while we waited. When I asked two different employees why they sit and not we, I was told because the couple gave them the place. I really don't want to bring the race into them, but can help?t, but wonder if that was a role, as they (the family that came after) clearly Cuban and we weren't. The less I was extremely disappointed and after thinking about it? I decided to go out and spend my money somewhere.

Good things come in small packages and this is one of them. Absolutely love the food and good prices. We had the churrasco and it was awesome. The staff was nice and even the owner was helping sit guests. You might have to wait for sitting but it will be worth it.
