Jacky Lee's - Coral Springs

Ordered for the first time tonight at 706 online...delivery was for 801....its now 903 and im still waiting. Called twice and said driver was on way and stopping at my house 1st. 1.9 miles away....its been 15 min since that call. Over 2 hrs wait. If you only have one driver you should adjust your time online.Its now 918...still waiting. Never will i order from here again945 finally showed up....i turned them away.

I wish i read the reviews before I ordered lastnight.It came 2 hours after I ordered and maybe it wouldnt have come at all if I hadn’t called them about it.Part of the order was missing so that sucked , my husband had the beef and broccoli from there before and said it was bad so this time he tried the chicken and broccoli, also bad. My honey garlic doesn’t taste much like honey garlic and the chicken fried rice was bland.The chicken on a stick was good but the meals did not get eaten.

I've ordered from Jackie Lee many many times. I like them because they're open late night sometimes we have to wait a little over an hour but that's okay it's expected. I called at 12:00 midnight to be sure they're open they said yes I said I'll call them right back so he can get my order together I called them back at 12:10 and now no answer ring ring ring and then it goes busy I'm a little upset I mean why I say you're open if you're not.

Ordered at 7:30pm, the delivery driver showed up after 9pm! Called restaurant multiple times beforehand and no one answered. I got food elsewhere! Turned away driver/food! Will NEVER order from here again! Absolutely ridiculous and not professional. Do not recommend.

Sad to see these reviews...I used to love Jackie Lees, used to call there and the owners used to know me by name... was gonna call and order (it’s been a year or two) them saw the review with the raw chicken, combined with knowing that the owners changed as it is and sad to say I’m never gonna be able to eat from there again..dang.
