Felicita’s Coffee Soul

I've enjoyed this place several times but today I experienced the worst service from the staff. I sat down to take care of some work and literally got harassed by 3 different employees about ordering. I felt super disrespected and rushed. I always order the same thing and they all know my order but for some reason today they were being very rude. They said the establishment is only for paying customers. Granted they've seen me in here several times and I've always had the same routine. I shared that I would order as soon as I was done taking care of some work. The place was not even half full with guest so I didn't understand the urgency for me to order as soon as I sat down. For a local small business that I often support, I felt this was not handled appropriately at all. I enjoy this establishment and have recommended to others but I don't think I will be back to support them any longer. Great Customer service is the most important thing you can provide as a small business and I feel like they totally missed the mark.

First time coming to this coffee shop and was really impressed by the service and quality of the food. Tried the breakfast avocado toast, pistachio croissant, pistachio Alfajor, pan de bono, and everything was delicious and fresh. Also tried their cold brew and Nutella latte and was very good as well. 100% recommend. Ambiance is really clean, and cozy.

GOOD COFFEE BUT…I would have put five stars BUT they only have one person working for them , and this one person, by the way super nice and hard worker, has to do every!…she makes the coffee, brings the order to the tables, cleans the tables, prepares food, cleans the kitchen, the place, etc. Because of this, service is very slow, but I would not blame her, it’s not her fault, it’s the owner’s. She should really have help!I like the place, and the Coffee is great but it’s not the first time the wait is so long. Not only the wait to take the order but to get the order.Anyway, I would give five stars to the girl that was in charge of the place for her effort.

Cute location. I came to work here for a day my cable was out. They were friendly clean. Every table by the wall has an outlet for convenience. The coffee was delicious and so was the ham cheese croissant

Great croissants and tasteful lattes. The vibes were super cozy. Truly an amazing small cozy coffee shop ?
