Dunkin' - Coral Springs

I came at exactly 8:38PM and the young did not want to take my order. he said they were closing, but I thought they closed at 9 o'clock? I wanted to spend about $80, but they close 20 minutes earlier. the owner must know!

Without fail they always forget the donuts when doing a mobile order. When you finally get the donuts they just throw them upside down and on top of each other in the same bag without any wax paper so all the frosting is stuck to the bag and off the donuts. Also the car lines can go three different directions and have seen multiple fights breakout with cars cutting one another. Chick-fil-A manages to control their much longer car lines in an organized fashion why can't they get it together here?

Staff is so nice at this Westview Dr. location of Dunkin' Donuts in Coral Springs, FL. The Drive-thru is super convenient and I have used my Dunkin app several times now to earn points and a couple of time to Redeem points. Lately, though, I have not been able to get my fave FRENCH CRULLER Donut from here because it is in such demand. Donuts and coffees from here will make a good 4th of July treat. Can even get Dunkin Donuts DELIVERED I see .... If only I could figure out how to pay w/ my Dunkin app. I have linked my credit card to my Dunkin app but when I get there (Dunkin) I still don't know how to use it to pay. But that's on me.

It's dunkin..better than that star place. As always. Had food and coffee. So kuch better value

This Dunkin is 50/50. They get the coffee right 50% of the time. When there’s someone outside taking the orders, the orders are much more accurate. When they don’t, you may end up with someone rude on the other end that sounds like they don’t actually want to serve people. Lady at the window is super nice (not the one taking the order). When you order a chicken sandwich with no bacon, you’ll get bacon 50% of the time. I’ve gotten back the same sandwich that had the bacon on it and had to go inside to raise the concern before as well. I understand it’s hard to find good quality workers but it’s been consistent like this for years at this location.
