The terrible service and the facility were absolutely disgusting. The worker who helped me had headphones and got my order wrong. He was very rude and they wore all their masks on their chin. Don't go here. You better go somewhere else. The franchise owner should be ashamed.
Worst Coldstone experience. The staff was right in front of me, but spoke to each other instead of welcoming me and starting our order. Maya helped us and started putting the wrong blows on mine and was not helpful when I told her that? She said that's what I said and didn't realize she'd mix the wrong ice. Flavors also tasted. Avoid this place.
Be careful: Make sure that all your order is in your pocket before you leave the store. I was badly assumed that I was handed over my whole order before I drove all the way home. Only then I realized that I wasn't given all my ice cream. I went back to the store just to be asked How could I forget my ice cream? I recommended to the employee that part of my order has never been handed over to me. Your answer, Oh. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service... the expectations were not even so high; given what I had paid was really all I had ever expected, but even that could not be satisfied. It would have been nice if the employee would at least apologize for the inconvenience... but again customer service is very negligent at this point.
Bad experience, we order online 3 Love it?s and we got like it instead, even offer curbside, they ask for vehicle information, when I called, they asked to come inside to pick it up. When we got home we noticed that our order was wrong. We drove 20 minutes to go and other 20 to back home. When I call them to complain about it, the lady told to come back to get the correct order, so explained that is too far so I requested to credit my credit card than she said to call a 305 number to complain and they chilling be able to resolve the issue. REALLY! The issue was the store and the employee who processed my order, no the corporation. I have decided to make this comment, because it?s so annoying. We won?t be back to this place.
