This restaurant warned me that they would not be able to meet any precautions, and I should not order here.

My spouse is zöliakie. we were very disappointed. when we first came, the kitchen could roll a real crab cali and the additional precautions for no cross-contamination. next they said they were too busy to meet the same precautions. nothing on the menu guarantees gluten-free. will not be back.

I called to inquire about gluten-free options and was told that the restaurant does not have a gluten-free kitchen and does not recommend ordering food for those with gluten sensitivities. The staff member I spoke with did not seem well-informed about gluten and how to accommodate gluten-free diets.

The restaurant informed me that they would not be able to accommodate any special dietary requests and advised against ordering from their menu.

My partner has celiac disease, so we were extremely let down. The first time we visited, the kitchen was able to prepare a authentic crab California roll and took necessary steps to prevent cross contamination. However, the next time we went, they claimed to be too busy to take the same precautions. There were no gluten free options guaranteed on the menu. We will not be returning.
